Continuing Clay - Handbuilding

Are you ready to take your handbuilding skills to the next level?!

In this intermediate course we’ll expand on your beginning clay knowledge to fine-tune your skills. Have you always wanted to make a large fruit bowl? …Or a hanging vase for your wall? …Or a big ol’ planter for your beloved plant babies? Each week we’ll focus on a new technique including pinching, coiling, slab building and eventually combining all methods in to one.

All students enrolled in a multi-week class are allotted up to 6 hours of unguided Open Studio time weekly to practice outside of class.

This is an 8 week course and each session is 2.5 hours long. Tools are not included in multi-week classes; kits can be purchased from the studio as desired. There must be 6 students registered to confirm.
