Need to cancel or reschedule?
We get it. Sometimes life happens.
We do our best to offer a cancelation policy that is flexible while also keeping our staff and studios needs in mind. All cancelations must be done through email to hithere@handthrown.studio.
There are no refunds offered for day-of cancelations or no-shows. Class sales are non-transferrable, there is no way to reschedule your purchase to another session. If you would like to register for a different class, you can email us to cancel your current registration before the refund/cancelation deadlines below:
For multi-week classes, if you need to cancel your booking and would like a full refund we require 15 days notice prior to the start of the session. We cannot offer full refunds if you miss the 15 day period. Cancellations made within 8-14 days of the start date will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund offered for cancellations made within 7 days or less from the start of the session.
For one day classes and workshops, if you need to cancel your booking and would like a full refund we require 15 days notice prior to the date of the class. We cannot offer full refunds if you miss the 15 day period. Cancelations made within 8-14 weeks of the class date will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund offered for cancellations made within 7 days of the class date.
For private classes, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel your booking and would like a refund (minus the deposit) we require 15 days notice prior to the date of the class. Cancellations made within 8-14 days of the class date will receive a 50% refund. There is no refund offered for cancellations made within 7 days of the class date.
Illness Related Cancelations, If you need to remove yourself from class due to illness and are unable to give sufficient notice to the studio, we recommend gifting your spot in class to a friend or family member.
