Couple of Cups

The perfect pair!

In this one day, 2 hour beginner class students will use a slab of clay to create the perfect set of cups for sharing a bevy with a friend. You'll use a template for the shape, then add embelishments, carving, or pattern to your cup for that custom look. Lastly, you'll choose a glaze color for the finishing touch. You'll leave with a basic understanding of handbuilding and the techniques you need to create drinking vessels to call your own. Each student will make 2 cups.

Children 7 and older are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult. Parents with children should register for 2 spots. Class is limited to 8 participants.

This is a one day, 2 hour class. You’ll pick up your finished pieces 3-4 weeks after the class.
